WHAT'S NEW

We're "off" for the summer; hope to see everyone at our next meeting September 10.  Until then, have a safe summer and keep on taking pictures!

Photography help sessions will continue through the summer, every Thursday, 9:30am - Noon, in the Studio unless otherwise announced.  No appointment needed. Bring your camera, manual, photos or whatever relates to your questions.

Classes will resume after Labor Day.  The fall schedule and advance sign-up period will be announced sometime in mid to late August.  To offer ideas for new subjects and of course volunteer to teach in the fall or later, please contact the Education Director, Jeannine Rowe.

"Easter Vignette", by John Burrack, won the Abstract Category award for April Several PCSCHH members gladly accepted John Burrack's invitation in late April to set up their equipment in his back yard to photograph some of the birds that nest across the lagoon.  Using long lenses and telescopes, quite a few great shots were recorded.  Thanks, John!  (Photos by Frank Balogh)     Be sure to stop by the studio and check out our newest gallery exhibit, "Sharing Our Vision," featuring approximately 40 fantastic photographs provided by members, including photos inspired by recent field trips and the PCSCHH education program.  Special thanks to Nancy Hoff and her crew for collecting and hanging the photos.
