HILTON HEAD HOSPITAL MAY 1 - JUNE 25
Here is another opportunity to exhibit your photos. You will notice that there are a few days of overlap between Hilton Head Library and Hilton Head Hospital, (May 1-May 8, ongoing at both locations), so please be aware of dates. You cannot remove photos early from the library to install at the hospital, so if you would like to participate in both, please plan accordingly.
Our next photo exhibit is coming up on May 1 at Hilton Head Hospital (25 Hospital Center Blvd, Hilton Head, SC 29926). The exhibit will run from May 1 until June 25.
You may submit any size that you wish but photos should be framed or on canvas. Photos will need to be dropped off at Hilton Head Hospital on May 1 between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. and picked up on June 25 between 11:00-12:00. If you are unable to deliver your photos, please contact someone that is making the trip so they can take yours as well.
If you have never displayed in one of our exhibits, and are unsure about what to do, please contact me and I, or one of our other members, will be glad to assist you. You can also visit the help sessions set up by the club in the studio. Studio calendar: http://www.localendar.com/public/suncitystudio. Photos should be framed or on canvas stretched over a frame. You may submit any size that you wish, within reasonable limits. Most photographers submit external frame size of 16 x 20.
Please make sure that your frames are in good condition with no scratches or marks, etc. and that the glass is clean, even on the inside. Please attach a wire to the back, about a third of the way from the top for hanging. Please be sure the wire is strung tightly and is securely attached to the frame and not the cardboard back as these easily pull out. Unfortunately, photos that do not meet these conditions will not by hung as we are not equipped to rewire the photos on site.
I will accept the first 50 photos submitted no later than April 3, 2020. Please limit your initial submission to two photos. If we need more, I will then open it up for more submissions.

IN THIS ORDER (but do not include the words below). Please, no color or weird fonts as I just have to edit.

Please include this information on tags attached to the front and the back of each of your photos.
If you sell a photo, you are responsible for making arrangements with the buyer. The Photo Club does not handle personal sales. If you do sell a photo during the exhibit, please let me know as we keep track of the number sold. If you plan to remove the photo from the exhibit before June 25, you must replace it with another photo (the same or different). I can prepare another tag for you to include with the photo when you take it over. In the past we have had cases where people have not replaced their photo and obviously, this leaves a hole in the exhibit. Additionally, please do not pick up photos before the closing date of the exhibit for the same reason. We would like to maintain the integrity of the exhibit for the entire time allotted to us, which will be considerably shorter in the future.
